10.0Everything at this hotel was very nice. It is across the street from the beach. The pool was clean. The rooms are large. The staff was mostly friendly. The breakfast options were good. We will recommend this place to others!
An enjoyable stay.
7.0The property is accurately reflected in the images shown, so rest assured there were no surprises for us on our stay. The pool area was welcoming; open and not crowded at all. Our days there were very enjoyable. The location is also convenient. A few restaurants in walking distance and parking at the rear of the property.
− We had a family suite and the room didn’t block out all the light. This meant our 1 year old woke as soon as the sun came up. We did ask them to cover a window that was uncovered, and they tried. But they need to fix the curtains and ensure all balcony doors/windows so they have full block out. We also waited nearly 2 hours for drinks by the pool on a Sunday. My husband was also told the wrong price for laundry on day one, and as a consequence we had to pay a higher price that we were told, which is quite misleading and unfair.
