Lovely and helpful staff
10.0Lovely inn along a beautiful river. Arrived late due to car troubles. Kitchen was closed and owner graciously offered to make something, which we very much appreciated. Volunteered to help with our tire issue but in the end rental car company sent some one. Would recommend to anyone.
Really old fashioned and poor service
4.0Upon arrival I was rudely told that I had done my booking incorrectly and only booked 2 people instead of 3. Although they have no evidence that it was my mistake, they insisted that it was and were very rude about it. The rooms were very old fashioned and needed upgrading and had mould in the corner shower. There was very few options for breakfast, not much for vegans and no childrens options, it also wasn't well run as we had to hang around waiting for someone. The owners let their dog lick my childs face without trying to stop it or appologising too, I find that unacceptable.
