− The heat in the hotel the smell in the corridors the dated carpets throughout hotel the lack of frosted glass on bathroom window overall heat in the hotel apart from restaraunt

7.0Central location. AC in dining and bar was good. Good restaurant facilities and food. Very clean comfortable beds. Very hot as we were in the gods. But fans helped. Staff were very helpful.
− Our accessible room for which we paid an extra £20 was def not accessible stairs and another flight of stairs was difficult for my wife. Also the bathroom was not accessible no easy access shower facilities.
