10.0The hotel is a gem in the beautiful town of Tequila. Service was great and room comfortable. The food at the restaurants both for breakfast and lunch were amazing

6.0Besides you are paying usd300 per night the service on the staff are not the BEST they do need to be trained for customer service purposes. Restaurant hours is stated until 8. 30 pm but they turn off the equipment at 8. Check out is at 11 am that is a shame that they want to charge you an extra for delaying the check out
