9.0The staff were so friendly and I loved that the part of the beach the hotel is on is quiet and secluded but close enough walk to nearby restaurants and bars, the rooms were big and well equipped and very clean

10.0Kisiwa is an amazing hotel. It has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere with its own peaceful beach area, a large and clean pool, and a wonderful spa. It’s also just a short walk away from the main, busy part of Paje. The food is great with plenty of variety for breakfast and dinner. The staff is incredible and gives you truly personal attention-they even remembered my friend’s food restrictions at every single meal and made sure she had alternatives. The rooms are huge, with a nice sitting space and a great balcony. The whole property is kept perfectly clean by a dedicated team, and they tidy up the rooms twice a day. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it

8.0The property is great! And a perfect location - secluded but close enough to the action. The staff is extremely good! Always looking out for us - remembering our food preferences/ allergies and going out of the way to prepare good food that meets the requirements.
− Institutionally, there were a few basic things lacking - 1. No labels on food counters. So we don’t know whether what we are taking is veg or non veg 2. The veg and non veg food was kept together and all mixed up 3. 4 perc surcharge on payments made by credit card - surprising for a hotel of this stature 4. Extremely expensive F&B - most expensive cocktails on the island
