− Gym was tiny, breakfast was horrible, paper cups instead of real mugs in the room, flies everywhere in the room and hallway. Just overall didn’t feel clean and should’ve mentioned room was in the basement.

Bed bugs and fleas
1.0− We booked two rooms. One had bed bugs and one had fleas. The staff was resistant and not helpful. We had to convince them to find an extra room at another hotel since there were no other rooms available at the Norman.
