1.0The only part I liked was having a roof over my family's head in an emergency situation. That and the view of the mountain in the morning was pleasant.
− When booking our room we specifically looked for lodgings that allowed pets. When I mentioned this to the man who checked me in he seemed extremely put out by the fact that we had a dog. The two gentlemen there then said they'd have to change their details on booking.com because they are no longer a pet friendly facility. The hotel room was clean enough, but was in desperate need of renovation. The knob for the room didn't want to turn properly. The bathroom door would get stuck. there was only a small gap between the sink and shower to squeeze in. I didn't trust it for myself or my kids because it just didn't look very clean. The mini fridge didn't seem to work. We also booked a room for two queen beds and the beds seemed to only be doubles. We were having car trouble because of a blown radiator. We asked if we could just use the parking lot, of which there was plenty of room as there was only one car in the whole place, and they said no and we needed to check out soon. Keep in mind we have two toddlers and a dog with us and had nowhere else to go other than limp our car a mile down the road to AutoZone. All in all the stay was unpleasant from start to finish. I'm not one to complain too much about anything, but I wouldn't want to stay at this place again unless I had absolutely no other choice.

− The floors were dirty, sheets stained, the shower drain was covered was not screwed down, the door knob on the bathroom door was falling off, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile.
