7.0Based on my previous visit, this place was very good, comfortable, and well-managed overall; I had planned to visit again this time but couldn’t due to a health issue.

10.0Un environnement idyllique dans un jardin tout fleuri à flanc de montagne. Magnifique vue au petit déjeuner comme depuis la chambre. Le personnel du restaurant était très attentionné et très serviable.
− L’accès difficile en raison des importants travaux sur la route qui permet d’accéder à l’hôtel. C’est évidemment indépendant de la volonté de l’hôtel et cela devrait s’arranger rapidement

1.0Location was great and staff were lovely
− there was construction going on and noise was very disruptive. TV on the wall was shaking. So we looked for another property and left as soon as we got to our room. My suggestion is it is better to let the guests know in advance and we could have organised another property instead of wasting our time.

10.0The staff, food, ambience everything was just perfect. All the staff starting from GM, Chef Mr. Rajiv, restaurant staff Mr. Kedar, Prasanta, Swapna, Subhash are a few to mention. The young lady at the reception (forgot her name) was just super. Made our stay smooth and comfortable. Quickest check-in and check-out.
