6.0Lovely views of roseberry topping. Good location for walkers. Road quite busy at front of property. Staff very friendly. Had ground floor room, cld hear upstairs guest clomping around!

6.0Food very bland. Only 1 gluten free option. Service slow. Room boiling hot and no way to turn bathroom radiator off. TV small & slanted. Breakfast was like a canteen. Dirty tables not cleared away which had to sit on as none were clean. No glasses to have juice. No fruit salad left. Only 1 man serving so service very slow. Won’t visit again.
