9.0The flat is gorgeous, the location could not be better: super quiet and yet 5 mins walk from one of the top 2 beaches on the island, Payne's Bay. The welcome of Rochelle from the moment you book, her lovely dad is the same, welcoming and friendly people. It really is an amazing place. Look no further. My friend and I are very picky and demanding and we found the place was beyond our expectations: the flat was airy, big confortable, terasse is lovely, a peaceful place in a tastefully decorated place. The help provided by Rochelle once on site was amazing, she went the extra mile. This is a great family run place, we are so grateful we chose Shades. Genuine value for money with the added bonus of warm hosts.
− Just that shops to by groceries were not within walking distance, but this is well compensated by the amazing beach that is so accessible, and there is a petrol station for emergency grocery shopping
