5.0The location is wonderful as the retail and restaurant amenities around the hotel are wonderful and in waking distance. Their in-house gym was absolute wonderful and had plenty of workout machines, weights, and options for guests as well as the pool which was sorely needed as hot and humid as it was outside. It was a lifesaver.
− The carpet in my room wasn’t as clean as neighboring hotels I’ve stayed in, closet in my room was stuck and wouldn’t close all of the way, and a big waterbug was found crawling around in the bathroom, and the toilet became backed up in the am of my checkout day. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either.

− Rooms were small and not all of them were suites I thought we were getting a kitchen. Water pressure in bathroom wasn’t strong at all..

− There seem to be an issue with the pool and the chemicals so it was unusable for most of the trip.
Our stay/ 4 rooms was okay but breakfast was edible!!

− Properly was fine. Breakfast was sub par- -too many people for area -undercooked sausage -cold runny eggs -no flavored creamer for lukewarm coffee My family could not eat it and had to go elsewhere for breakfast.
