Terrible, terrible service with stupid policy for pool usage
1.0Hotel is nice but staff is unimaginable arrogant and rukes for pool usage is nonsense
− Arrogant recepcionist, pool can be used as “relaxation”. Swimming is forbiden. Price to use is 30€. Adukts has to be in the pool with kids even daughter is professional swimer and 13 years old

− Die Lichtverhältnisse waren recht dunkel. Alles ist sehr dunkel gehalten. Gerade im Flur war wenig Licht.
