− Parking, the room was not very clean and it was hard to locate the sign.
There won't ever be a "next time".
5.0When there was a problem the staff facilitated just compensation.
− I was inconvenienced by the red roof inn because they neglected to check their emails telling them about my postponed check in. I was refunded however still inconvenienced. Then there was another problem that arose. I was compensated however there was still a problem after the refund was rendered.
