10.0Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was great.

10.0The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. Spacious rooms with all necessities. No coffee/tea station however coffee/tea was readily available in the breakfast room. Easy access to the motorway and a short drive to the centre of Arras.

8.0Perfect location after leaving Calais; just over an hour’s drive. Quiet area. Room was very clean. The reason I gave 3* was because the shower gel was empty & no kettle facilities. Lovely restaurant right next door & a McDonald’s. Reasonable priced fuel station just 1.3miles away.

10.0Overall absolutely brilliant for the money. The staff we spoke to were very friendly and were multi-lingual which is great for us ignorant Brits. The room was very clean although the toilet was the only thing that let the room down - a smell that I couldn’t work out where it was coming from and the toughest flush in the world. Strangely it would randomly flush itself now and again. Other than that, beds and linen were clean, we didn’t get eaten by bed bugs like we did at premier inn in Dover (do not stop there) and it was quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and the eating area clean. Couldn’t expect more for the money - I know breakfast was extra but it was worth it.
