10.0The property is so central with the most friendliest staff. Our room had every amenity that you could need and it was super clean and the homely feel of the gardens and surrounds made us feel so welcome

− The soundproofing was really bad from the upstairs room. We were in 1301 Curtains coming off the track in bedroom area. All taps difficult to shut off - washers?

− Attention to detail in room was lacking. No TV remote, no water glasses. Pillows poor quality. Face clothes not replaced. No dog facilities provided until asked for.
