Good hotel
8.0Very friendly helpful staff, good clean room. Basic amenities let an otherwise very good hotel down. Nice location, walkable from Shizuoka main station and shin Shizuoka
ビジネス・観光に便利な場所
8.0建物・設備は古いですが機能は十分です、価格を考えれば満足ですね。駿府公園や静鉄駅が至近で車なしでの移動に便利です。飲みに出るのは500ｍくらい歩く必要があります。
立地のよいホテル
6.0新清水で翌日仕事があったので選びました。駅まで1分。ＪＲからは7分ほどかかります。 寝るだけでしたので、問題なかったです。
サービス良し、アクセス良し、設備は古め。
8.0週末に1人で宿泊しました。 総じてタイトル通りの印象です。 フロントの方の対応は、チェックイン時、チェックアウト時、チェックアウト後の荷物預けおよび受取、滞在中の外出時と、常に素晴らしいものでした。 アクセスについては、新静岡駅から徒歩2分ほど（実感値）、静岡駅からでも10分弱という感じで便利です。駿府城公園にも近いです。 ただし、建物・設備は全般的に年季の入った感じですので、そのあたりに抵抗のある方にはお勧めできないかもしれません。 個人的には、また機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思います。

家族3人でトリプリベッドルームを利用
8.0小学校高学年の子供を含む家族3人でトリプルベッドルーム（シングルベッドｘ３）を1泊利用しました。 ベッド広さは十分あり、ＦｒｅｅＷｉ－Ｆｉも利用できました｡ バスルームの設備には時代を感じます。
