5.0The location is excellent...very close to Imago Shopping Mall, with plenty of food options and cafes nearby.
− However, I booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't ready upon arrival. We had to wait about 1½ hours because it was still being cleaned. There were also some noticeable differences between the two rooms. In one room, the TV was not working at all, the lighting was very dim, the air conditioning was not cold, and the bed was not very comfortable. In the other room, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked well (I understand it had a new Android TV installed), and the air conditioning was cold. As for cleanliness, I would rate it 2/5, as there is room for improvement. On a positive note, the reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay.
