Horrible Experience
4.0First time heading to Kepala Batas and upon searching only hotel available was Seri Malaysia. The hotel is totally run down and never again. Leaking marks ..oh ghoshhhh. The hotel needs urgent attention for proper maintenance & cleaning esp the carpets. Bathrooms need attention too
My first visit to HSM at Kepala Batas
8.0It was gratifying to find that the hotel had lifts since most HSMs did not, except in Kuala Terengganu. While there was no swimming pool or garden or gym, the view from the room was satisfying and the lobby itself was classy. Room amenities were adequate and whatever was lacking, it only took a phone call and withing minutes, service was rendered! Also many thanks to Cik Farhana at Reception for her very efficient service during check in and during our stay.
