− Cleanliness and service … No toilet mat, no tooth brush , the pool was unused n green in colour which invite alot of mosquitos very dangerous for kids and the room quality is worse than a budget hotel …the bathroom stink badly n unpleasant staff too whom don’t understand basic hospitality communication
