8.0Great location, less than a minute walk to a cafe, pub and some restaurants. It was an easy drive to Ipswich. The room was very large and spacious . It was very quiet and the staff were fantastic. The daily room service was exceptional. For families with young kids, the blockout curtains were wonderful, the shower had no lip to trip on and the big deep bath was great.
− Had problems with the air conditioning not remaining on so the room was cold in winter but we let staff know so it could be repaired. No sink in the kitchenette made it a little tricky.
