8.0Andrea at the front desk was so nice throughout my two day stay. She even helped arrange a water taxi for me to get to the beaches!

Very basic but clean and working air con.
4.0The hotel reception is frequently unmanned, at least around Christmas time. We didn't get a wifi code when checking in and no one was around for the next 24 hours to give it to us. But the lady at checkout was friendly and helpful.
