10.0Cute and quiet place, pet friendly, property is very well taken care of. Condos are very clean and homely. Approximately 7min drive to casinos and race track. I have stayed several times and will continue to book my stays. I highly recommend

8.0The condos have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are clean and in perfect condition. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a TV in each room. The programming is limited to basic cable. I would recommend replacing the TV's with smart TV's so guest can cast their own app programming. The beds are comfortable but the bed sheets need replacement. The tub needs replacement too. The heaters heat the rooms very quick and maintain the condo very warm which is very nice.
