Clean And Comfortable No-Frills Motel
8.0Perfect location and had just the amenities needed for a one night stay, Clean and quiet. Easy no-contact check-in and check-out. Doors and windows were secure. Plenty of hot water for shower. A/C working well.
− Shower stall a bit small, but otherwise adequate. Mattress could have been firmer.....it sagged a bit to one side.

− Too much light in the room at night. There are only gauze curtains that do not block light and there is a very bright street light right outside the unit and sunrise is at 5:27. Additionally, the door is mostly glass and has no curtain. We resorted to hanging towels where we could. The owner didn't respond to our request other than to turn off the bright porch lights at 10 rather than 11 after we complained after the first night of three. There was no soap or shampoo until we asked after the first night. There were only 2 coffee pods and 2 cups. When we asked for more, it was unavailable until we returned in the evening - but no new cups. The maintenance is poor. Caulk on the tub is poorly applied and turning black. Tiles are falling off the wall in the bathroom. The place has potential, but needs some serious TLC and a more responsive owner.
