6.0We have stayed here before and although we like the location to the casino we always find an issue. This time we bought breakfast in advance and the kitchen was closed. They state on their website they offer a hot breakfast but only offered cold items during our stay. Many people seemed disappointed.

10.0The hotel's system was down upon our arrival, but MICHELE at the front desk provided EXCELLENT service when we eventually were able to check-in. She changed our room with no hassle as our daughter joined us during our stay. We will stay their again for sure!
