− Lo stato di manutenzione non perfettamente in ordine. Il soffitto presenta delle infiltrazioni dal bagno superiore. Il balcone non è ben tenuto. Gli scarichi del wc non funzionano bene. La camera da letto ha un oblò al posto della finestra.

− Era muy antiguo, olía mal, habían hormigas en la cocina, relación calidad precio muy caro para lo que era solo pagas la ubicación

− Appartement assez petit pas de terrasse comme dit les photos cuisine très petite salle bain pas très propre avec des touffe de cheveux restants ds la baignoire 🤮

Bed linen and towel change and cleaning are performed once a week. More frequent changes and cleaning are at extra costs.
