10.0The staff there are amazing. Made our stay extremely comfortable and welcoming. There is a Nova supermarket right next door, which was extremely convenient and also walking distance to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are very cozy and quiet. If I have to nick pick it would be their Internet. Good enough for browsing and videos, but not for Zoom calls. Anyways, we loved our stay. This is a great choice and easy on the wallet. Only minutes by car to all the sightseeing locations without the higher price tag.

Very good, considering the circumstances.
8.0A few rockets overhead. Of course, it was expected. Otherwise, it is a very safe neighborhood with the convenience of the supermarket next door. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Would've prefered that the sheets were changed more often, otherwise, it was a very good and comfortable stay.

8.0I had a family apartment, and it was pretty nice. It was actually two separate rooms joined by a hallway. he elevator wasn't working, and then room was on the 5th floor. I couldn't call my heavy suitcase up, so had to leave it in the car. Very inconvenient. No on-site parking. We had to park in Novus parking lot.
