− I felt it was quite big and needed some kind of nap so I could understand where I was in the building! The signs aren’t much help.. I didn’t like my pillows! All 3 were different and I didn’t like one of them..

− The aircon wasn’t working properly. The room was far too hot. They closed the spa far to early. They say the superior king rooms have baths - they don’t. When I complained the manager said it was the superior king rooms with balcony’s. I asked if we could use the main spa but it closed at 930pm which is far too early. Bit disappointing.
Comfortable and friendly
9.0The staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the breakfasts and main meals at the restaurant. Location was fantastic with only a short walk to the town basin
− The building is a little dated but our room was nice. We also requested a few things like a cot when we booked the room which wasn't provided when we first arrived. It was quickly fixed by the incredible team though
