5.0− The room it wasn't lean properly, spiders web, pistachio on the floor......some damages in the room and that's not fair to keep and ask for deposit, that's abusive, very disappointed and the supervisor/manager pass their responsibility to the Booking.com, unacceptable for someone who cover that position in the hotel.
