10.0This was our second stay at Ashburton House and its excellent. The hosts do everything possible to make your stay a top quality experience at a very reasonable price. The breakfast which you can purchase as an extra is exceptional, top quality produce and possibly one of the best breakfasts I've had. Clean, well presented, parking, walkable distance to the centre, well thought out little extras all making the stay top notch. Thank you

9.0Steven and Margaret where good friendly hosts. Good information details . Lovely cooked breakfast also lovely pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup well presented. Good tea tray plenty tea coffee etc also could help yourself to more on table downstairs also fridge with small glass bottles of water and fresh milk in. Was comfortable for a single bed good bedding. Good shower. Nice to have fan in room.
− The sink was really small awkward to fill kettle. Bedside table. could do with painting or replacing. Not fault of guesthouse but noisy seagulls. woke me up 4.30am one morning.
