− Location was inconvenient and hard to get around. Had to rely on hotel for that and subjected to the time given.
Enjoyable ski and onsen for the family
8.0Clean. Ski rental and snow activities on site. Long beginner ski trail. English speaking ski instructor. Free ski lockers. Large window in room with view of ski slope. Lots of power points in room. Free wifi was good. Tea and kettle in room. Excellent heating in hotel and room. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Outdoor onsen. Spacious lounge on top floor with excellent views. Luggage storage. Staff friendly and accommodating to language difficulty
− Rooms too small. No wardrobe and no space for luggage.
