− No proper bar to lounge in. A few nice sofas but to the side of dinners! Bar in the busy restaurant!
Nice place but needs a lot of improvements
4.0The hotel is on the sea front and has free parking for residents, Some of the staff are welcoming , room was a very good size and clean with a walk in shower.
− We could not book a disability room even after contacting the hotel by message, The staff in the coffee dock are rude and more interested to talk to there friends than actually serve there customers, We also booked a Dinner in the Bistro only to be told when we arrived that it was buffet unfortunately we were not informed of this issue before hand and had to cancel as my wife is disabled, The room we stayed in was next to the extraction fans and the smell was constantly in the room with the window open as there is no air condition in the rooms and the fans started at 5am in the morning, Breakfast was a buffet system but the cooked food was swimming in oil and there was a queue if you wanted boiled or poached eggs Ect , The manager that was on duty did not seem that interested in dealing with the customers either as we stood for 5 minutes waiting to be seated with no one in front of us, The bar staff also need to be retrained again we waited at the bar for over 10 minutes to be served with only one customer in front of us when we finally got served there was no please or thank you, When we checked out after 2 days we were not even asked if our stay was enjoyable, Sadly we we not return to this hotel in the future.
