4.0Very poorly kept aged hotel. Looked great at face value for the price online. After attending homecoming for our nephew we returned, late, to discover upon a closer look than dropping bags.

8.0I’ve stayed here a few times and the prices are very reasonable, room is always clean and bed is comfortable. I only have one complaint, this last stay was on first floor, south side and facing the back; someone was cooking somewhere and the smell was overwhelming. I could not open the window for ventilation and it wasn’t a bad smell, just really strong and it lingered.
