6.0The bed was really comfortable, however..... The aircon remote didn't work, the unit had to be turned on manually. It was set to 26deg and that couldn't be changed. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling (lots), the bathroom tap wouldn't turn off completely and the loo cistern didn't stop dribbling into the bowl. The shower cubicle had mould in it. The bathroom window didn't shut properly. The carpet in the hall looked like many people had relieved themselves on it. The staff member was friendly though

4.0Reception area uninviting, metal shuttle over reception counter. Stained carpets throughout. Room very small and cramped, built in furniture worn, dirty ceiling fan, roller blind inoperative & in closed position. Bedding clean. Bathroom clean. Very noisy AC and could next door room shower & noisy corridor. No fly screens on windows. Should have read others reviews before booking, would not have booked there!

2.0A few issues, difficulty with the heater, empty shower wash dispenser, no hair dryer, had to ask for a spare toilet roll, some electrical plugs not working. Otherwise comfortable, a few dining options in the area, not far from the beach.

4.0I was not expecting anything fancy for the price i paid, however i still think for the price, that this place is quite poor. I will not stay here again. The place was not clean, there were stains all over the floor and on the matress protector that hung down off the bed, the room smelt very musty, the blind was broken so i couldnt pull it up to let air or light in, there were hairs in the shower that were not my own and the bed was quite wobbly and squeeky.
