6.0入住時；前台給了不是我預訂的房間；解釋說：房源緊張；房費預定時候就己經全數繳付；即使是房源緊張也不應該是顧客的責任；理應顧客預訂的是甚麼房間就應該給顧客甚麼房間；那裡有貨不對板的道理；最後在我再三強調我；給換回原來預定的房間

8.0The hotel is at a very convenient location, close to train station，stores and some nice restaurants. Very friendly staff. Room is clean, although rug looks a bit old and discolored. Fantastic breakfast buffet！
