Lovely atmospheric place to stay and enjoy Topsham.
10.0Breakfast was lovely lots of choice. Pub was nice and staff very friendly. I loved that the rooms were outside.
− It would have been good to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Also a small safe would be useful even for a small charge.
I have stayed here before and very convenient. Staff really pleasant

Good choice in Topsham
8.0Stayed in the Apartment. Well equipped rooms on first and second floor. Quality breakfast (choice and presentation.) Washing machine a bonus. Topsham estuary is a magical place.
− Loose shower head. Beds soft for our liking. (Note : Car park is 3 minute walk away)
