6.0Good parking, convenient for the city. Cottage was tired in places and would benefit from deep clean and lick of paint in places. Not bad for the price, but wouldn't take alot of money/time to make it excellent.

10.0The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfasts was a good choice of English and continental breakfast, if you are travelling by car to the hotel then you have plenty of space in to park, i travelled to Canterbury by train, the nearest station is Canterbury east
