4.0Location is very good, near the centrum. Room was spacious. The breakfast was decent.
− There is no connection between staff and guests. Reception and breakfast workers just do something didn’t even look at guests. Fully disconnected staff. The hotel is dominated by mediocrity. There are no signs of proper management. There is no shower curtain and water running all over the bathroom. We asked receptionist for parking suggestions since the hotel parking was fully booked. The answer was “use a browser”. We asked the same in neighboring hotel Clarion and receptionists came with full information with prices, locations and availability.

− Hotel ma swoje lata świetności juz dawno za sobą, w pokoju brak suszarki do włosów, po pościel dla dziecka i hasło do internetu dzwoniliśmy na recepcję. Podejście obsługi podczas śniadania - Pani zwróciła nam uwagę, że nie możemy zabrać jednej bułki dla dziecka na później, ponieważ hotel nie dopuszcza żadnej opcji na wynos. W poprzednim hotelu dali nam nawet torebkę. Inna mentalność i mniej przyjazne podejście do rodzin z dziećmi.
