10.0Struttura come in descrizione , unica cosa il parcheggio interno non è stato possibile usufruirne per via del fatto che l’hotel era pieno ma ci sono dei parcheggi anche subito fuori tra l’altro davanti ad un laboratorio di pasticceria molto buono .. personale molto cortese e gentile .

10.0Personale gentile e disponibile 24 ore su 24. La disponibilità della colazione anche fuori dall'orario. Mi è piaciuta di più la preparazione del personale nel trattare con i pellegrini della via Francigena e nell'offire loro soluzioni adeguate. Mi è piaciuta di meno la tenda della doccia avrei prefeito ol box.
