Ideal location for the Lille braderie. The only thing I could fault was the wifi. It kept going in and out, so decided to use data instead.

L’appartement était bien décoré et plaisant, mais la qualité du service… Il n’y avait pas de serviettes propres ni de torchons et il restait des choses dans la poubelle, je peine à croire que le logement a été préparé convenablement pour notre arrivée. Le minimum serait de NETTOYER après le passage de vos clients pour les prochains. Le canapé-lit devait être déplié, cela n’a pas été fait non plus et impossible de contacter la réception, pourtant prévenue que nous rentrerons tard et donc qu’il faudrait le faire pour notre retour. Bref, pas fou.

J’ai réservé pour 4 personnes et au moment de se coucher en rentrant d’un concert nous avons constaté qu’il y avait des draps uniquement pour un seul lit. Plus globalement l’appartement était très sommaire et manquait de beaucoup de choses ou des éléments auraient pu être revus : - Pas de poignées sur tout les meubles, difficiles à ouvrir - Porte coulissante des toilettes sans poignée également et difficile à ouvrir - Meubles pas montés dans l’espace de nuit à l’étage - manque de mobilier tel que des lampes de chevet ou une deuxième table de nuit - pas de torchon ou d’éponge ou même de serviette pour les mains dans la salle de bain, pas de gel douche - prises électriques non conformes ou pas terminées pour être fonctionnelles - Joint de la douche qui fuit Et j’en passe. Tout ça pour dire que la prestation était très chère pour un endroit sommaire qui a été mis à la location sans même finir l’aménagement ou le montage des meubles. Vraiment très déçue de la qualité de la prestation. Tout est approximatif dans cette location, rien de fini ou prêt. Merci au jeune homme qui a 00h30 nous a donné des draps pour pouvoir faire le lit et du gel douche.
