Great, private location overlooking the river, very peaceful.

− The mosquitoes were out in force during our stay in July which meant we couldn’t sit outside for too long. While our room had a private bathroom, it was located down a corridor next to two other rooms and the overall features of the bathroom need attention.

It's a lovely place

Location close to the river and local nature park. Communal area.

− A lack of personal communication when we had sent earlier enquiry to owner.. Difficult access to the building and room. We hadn't even checked in and had already received 2 messages advising what time we should leave by and the hourly rates should we delay our 10am departure.

Great location, good amenities, great views, comfortable beds.

− We didn’t like how the host did not respond when we asked about early check-in through the booking.com app. We also requested to get some more coffee and no response from the number that they said for us to text if we needed anything. Also the bathroom floors had warped floors, and one had a crack in it that we didn’t want to step on so we didn’t use that bathroom.

A quiet place with beautiful view on the river. Rooms are clean, the furniture is a little cheap but cozy (e.g. the sliding door between the room and bathroom kept breaking). Bed was alright !

− If this place is to be run contactless, the staff needs to handle remote communication in a professional way. This is not what (and at least two other guest, see below) experienced. There is a **huge** communication problem with the staff. They want to run the place totally contactless but the way they are they are currently doing it does not work. You are told you will receive the necessary access info per mail, but you don't. When you try to communicate via the booking app, you do not get **any** response. When time becomes pressing and you call them, they play the "I'm busy" card and are unwilling to call you back. They eventually redirect you to another number which is **not** the one mentioned on the reservation (and should be, if that is the person who actually answers). These causes quite some stress, even more if you had that they have a no contact after 6 or 7pm policy. Moreover, I was not the only one in that situation. Another couple of guests did not receive the necessary information either. They arrived earlier in the day and could find someone from staff to grant them access. This person did not explain to them that the dining room outside of their chamber was shared (information present on the contactless arrival package which they forgot to send). As a result, they got frightened when I walked in (the shared space is the only access point to several rooms), and I had to answer all their questions.

Beautiful view. Nice location

− No reception to help us when we needed (arrival)we had no idea where the entry of hotel is .its late and dark and we are terrified cold and exhausted and we had no idea where the door is ,they didn’t give clear pictures and instruction,and they didn’t mention the room and bath room was separated on the website so that’s very deceptive to us . Also the bathroom floor have cracks and that could be dangerous.(they were there before our arrival )
