4.0Booked with Hotels.com. Hotels.com gave my booking away to another company, Expedia. Breakfast was included in my bookingorder with Hotels.com. Hotelstaff had all their information from Expedia, with breakfast not included. Staff had no idea about the existens of Hotels.com. Hotels.com should not give away my booking to another company, without letting me know. If Expedia is the owner of Hotels or vice versa, is of no importance.

4.0お湯がでなかった。トイレットペーバー少ない。綺麗好きの人は泊まれないだろうね。ほとんどレストランもしていない。そのためひと気なく寂しい。ルームサービスだけ。少し買い物便利だけだったかなぁ。

4.0Hotelnya tua dan tdk terawat dgn baik.Lemari kayu yg tdk rapat,tempelan kayu yg terlepas,toilet/closet yg agak kekuningan dan lampu di toilet yg agak redup.

2.0Location : Convenient, central of Manado Hotel : Old Plus side : Considering a 40+ years old hotel, I must say it is still well maintain. Will not stay there again
