Beautiful, with a few issues to consider

It is a beautiful villa that will be worthy of many of your photos. But travelers should be aware that the open living space can become uncomfortably cold at Batu's high elevations. In addition, the large number of mosques nearby can shatter any ideas of a peaceful retreat, especially on Friday's when the speakers will be going all day. One minor note is that it needs a little maintenance to fix wifi (too slow, making streaming difficult), and exposed wiring in kitchen, stuck doors, etc.) Those minor issues aside, it is a lovely villa, that can truly be enjoyed by all.

Besutiful property but not telaxing weekend we wanted. Miss Ririn went out of her way to fix everything. Indonesian are very sweet & lovely ppl. Communivate all of your specific needs before coming & remember Youre in nature-its NOT a hotel. Not for Ill ppl. Over all, exciting, but exhausting weekend w gorgeous mtn top view In Batu was a nice break from hot Malang weather.

cleanliness is high compared to Indonesian standards. the excursion up Mount Bromo , was wonderful. The pool is sparkling clean and the garden is gorgeous. The landlady was very kind, has prepared for us an Italian breakfast. Then we found out that her husband is Italian.

La migliore villa di Batu, Malang (East Java)

Batu è stata un luogo di villeggiatura degli olandesi. La villa è posizionata sui 1000 metri di altezza, quindi fa fresco. Temperatura primaverile in Italia. In questa villa ho soggiornato lo scorso anno e ci sono ritornato. Ottima posizione, immersa nella natura, dista circa 3-4 chilometri dal centro di Batu. La piscina è pulita e non è facile trovarne uguali. Mobili antichi, personale discreto e molto disponibile. Sto visitando l'isola di Java e ho in programma di fare un'escursione sul vulcano Bromo, forse la prossima settimana ritorno sperando che sia disponibile.
