8.0Rooms were not 100 percent ready by the time I checked in and the morning breakfast also not so great, it was very good couple of months ago.The staff is really good, very friendly and helpful.

2.0The worst stay I’ve ever had in my entire life was at Ibis sipcot. They have the worst customer service. I ask for a towel and then send it after an hour:We changed our room because the AC wasn’t working well in the first one and the second room was horrible as well. They also had stains on the bathroom countertop. There was no refrigerator in the second room and they placed it for us after 2 hours of placing the request. Room service food was horrible. It tasted very bad and was overpriced for the quality and quantity. Overall, I don’t have one positive experience during my stay at Ibis!

2.0One of the worst hotel , that too good prices are very high .and no option to order food from outside .And more important thing when check out time I forgot my magnetic iPhone power bank ($70). So after 1 hour ,I immediately call to to reception they said no items are found in room .Actually I’m also a hotelier ,but I didn’t expect this kind of things in this hotel.
