8.0Ottima la posizione, la struttura è localazzzata vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche, alle fermate degli autobus e si trova a meno di 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Sau Bento. Personale gentile.
− Migliorabile la colazione, offre poca scelta, pessimo il caffè. Compensa la presenza di un'ottima pasticceria/panificio sotto la struttura. Un po' fastidiosi gli schiamazzi notturni provenienti dall'esterno.

8.0Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Aus dem Hotel raus und mitten in der City. Es war möglich, das Fahrrad mit ins Zimmer zu nehmen, was sich zwar trotz des engen Fahrstuhls und des verwinkelten Treppenhauses als sehr schwierig ergab, aber einem Fahrradreisenden ist das trotzdem i. d. R. die bevorzugte Lösung. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, eine Art Appartement.
− Das Frühstück war ein schlechter Witz. Löslicher Kaffee (landestypisch) aber mit Wasser, das in der Mikrowolle erhitzt wurde. Leider nur lauwarm. Die anderen Komponeten von schlechter Qualität und mengenmäßig für die paar wenigen Gäste nicht ausreichend. Der Eingang des Hotels ist sehr schwer zu erkennen. Es gibt keinerlei Schild oder Tafel. An vielen Stellen war das Zimmer sehr abgewohnt (sich ablösende Tapete, Schimmel) und eine kaum funktionierende Klimaanlage.

− Le faltaba mantenimiento y algunos detalles necesarios para una estancia de dos días. Bolsas de basura, jabón de platos, bayetas.
Posizione ottimale. Ottima soluzioni per soggiorni senza troppe aspettative.
6.0Posizione centrale. Personale gentile. Bella vista dal balcone.
− Stanza molto rumorosa fino a tardissima notte, soprattutto il venerdì e il sabato. Nonostante il clima piacevole, è impossibile lasciare aperte le finestre ma è necessario comunque l'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata. Consiglio di munirsi di tappi. Colazione quasi inesistente, molto essenziale ma considerando che è inclusa, se non si hanno grandi aspettative dei classici buffet è più che sufficiente. Nota sulla pulizia della camera. Non è prevista la pulizia come in un classico hotel. Nessun problema a riguardo ma non viene segnalato dal personale e le modalità per richiedere il servizio di pulizia.
