8.0Service was a little bit too slow, and too many people coming from other beaches had access to the area. For the second point, I know is difficult for them to manage that.

2.0I stayed at that hotel 3 times. The airport pick up was included. One time I waited one hour and half in the unsafe Cap Haitien airport, second time I waited ten minutes and took a taxi. When I talked to the owner he basically said- if you do not like my hotel and services, go somewhere else.
