7.0Notre chambre était très agréable, le personnel à l’écoute, le petit déjeuner copieux et l’hôtel très central pour visiter les principaux monuments de Rome
− Le système de pass sur notre téléphone pour accéder à l’hôtel et à notre chambre s’est avéré défaillant. Nous avons failli rester bloquer à la porte de l’immeuble le premier soir car il n’y avait pas de veilleur de nuit et que le numéro d’urgence ne répondait pas. Sans le concours d’un client d’un autre hôtel de l’immeuble qui disposait d’une clé, nous dormions dehors. Alors même que chaque chambre dispose d’une clé physique.

5.0L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment parfait. A 10min à pied du Colisée, de la piazza Venezia, de la fontaine de Trevi et de la station de métro Repubblica.
− C'est noté que la réception parle français et n'est pas le cas. Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais pas exceptionnel non plus. La chambre était très mal isolée : nous avons été réveillé tout les matins à partir de 7h/7h30 par le personnel dans le couloir. Sur 3 matinées qu'à duré notre séjour, par 2 fois une coupure de courant vers 9h a déclenché la lumière puissante de sortie de secours. Je ne sais pas si ça a un lien mais vu qu'on était bien réveillé, on a voulu prendre une douche mais plus d'eau chaude ! Pour notre dernière nuit, la climatisation s'est mise à fuir. Obligé de la couper pour éviter de tremper toute la chambre. En dehors de l'emplacement idéal, très très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

1.0− The apartment "D" room bathtub was full of mold and mildew. It also had an extremely high step you needed to climb in order to enter, and it was hazardous. I have emailed about receiving a refund- It has been 2 weeks, and no one has gotten back to me. Do not stay here!!

9.0Great staff who looked after guests. Great location as well. Great terrace and breakfast area with a good feel to it. Would recommend and travel again
