The location was great and the staff were really nice

− My air conditioning was really loud and prevented me from sleeping even when wearing ear plugs. When I shut it off the room got too hot. The description said it was soundproof and it definitely was not at all- I could hear peoples’ conversations in the breakfast room through the wall and everyone walking down the hall talking. The view from the balcony was supposed to be the courtyard but it was just the back of buildings and industrial looking with no courtyard to speak of. Also, the breakfast was very poor for the price I paid for my stay. The only good part was the location and the staff were very friendly. I would like some of my stay refunded.

Stunning room, perfect for a female solo traveller.

The room was stunning and cosy. It had a gorgeous wide and tall window to let light in, the decoration was stylish and well thought out. I would also point out it had the most stunning antique armoire, which was both practical and uniquely beautiful. The air conditioning worked really well as well, which helped with the heat outside. Considering the location in the centre of Rome, the room was very spacious. The staff came and cleaned every day, sometimes more than once without ever disturbing me while I was there. They were also super nice, smiley and helpful with things like finding a place to eat, sitting outside for breakfast, using the lift, and storing my luggage after my stay. The balcony where I could eat breakfast and hang out during the day was also very peaceful and nice for a space so centrally located. The elevator was also very interesting on the inside and decorated on the inside and fun to use if you enjoy exploring old city buildings on the inside.

De centrale ligging en het personeel

− We hadden dit hotel in een magazine gezien, kwam niet overeen met de foto’s en voor een prijs van de kamer 300€/n verwachtten we dat het er luxueuzer zou zijn, maar misschien is dit standaard in Rome.

Mooie schone kamers! Heerlijke bedden! De ligging van de accommodatie; de service en vriendelijkheid van personeel!

− Het is een oud pand waarin de accommodatie zit, dus vrij gehorig! Ook waren er diverse werkzaamheden in het gebouw toen wij er waren.

Sehr schönes Hotel, besonders, authentisch, mitten in Rom, sehr zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Terrasse. Wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen
