9.0Location of the hotel - in the middle of bukit bintang. Everything is 10min walk. The staff were all nice and attentive.
− Getting to and out of the hotel lol. Because it is in the middle, you are most likely be stuck in traffic. The wifi was also a bit iffy.

Very nice location if staying in Bukit Bintang. Room layout a bit cramped/small though.
7.0Location was really good and staff were helpful. Easy to find good food in walking distance without using public transport or grab. Was able to check in early.
− Room was smaller than expected. For two might be too cramped. Wished the blinds blocked all light instead of letting some light still through. Maybe hard to return to hotel using grab during peak hours as the road in the area is prone to congestion.

10.0"Unforgettable stay with a strategic location! Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang and just a short walk to Pavilion and Jalan Alor. The bed was extremely comfy, and I appreciated the free coffee, tea, and water. The bathroom was great, and the 1920s-themed photo area on the 2nd floor is a nice touch. Highly recommended for its convenience!"
