8.0This was an overall good stay. Only comments are most of the staff was not friendly at all and our room door was left open after housekeeping took out our trash.

2.0Very unhappy the room looked ok till we went in bin hadn’t been emptied before we got there. The water ….both taps and shower were hot and I mean scalding hot….. It was after 5 so they didn’t have maintenance to help. We had to move to another room in my nightie …. Breakfast was cold and not much to offer….no hot food at all. When I asked if they had any I was told no I mentioned you seem very quiet….response by staff member was that’s the way I like it!!! Would not return to this hotel.
