10.0Ik ben niet iemand van de superlatieven maar Alfio is het exponent van Gastvrijheid, Behulpzaamheid en échte oprechte liefde voor mensen. Wat pracht gozer en zijn restaurant appartementen en algehele Vibe, ik kan de juiste woorden niet vinden. Je echt thuis voelen, met oprechte blijdschap dat je er bent. Voor het échte Italië gevoel, boek dit, een herinnering voor het leven.

10.0Posto super tranquillo, vicinissimo al lago, con tutti i servizi necessari a portata di mano. Vista spettacolare, calma assoluta e Alfio super gentile. Che dire di più? Perfetto per un reset totale, consigliatissimo!

8.0La résidence est petite donc la piscine convient au nombre d'usagers. Le personnel est très gentil. La literie est bonne. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous disposions d'une terrasse très agréable. Le parking est sous la résidence, c'est idéal. Machine à laver à disposition. La connexion internet fonctionne bien. Situé au nord du lac de Côme, on est au calme loin des villages d'affluence. La climatisation marche très bien. La salle de bain est très spacieuse. Petits cadeaux et bouteilles d'eau, très belles attentions. Super service très réactif sur un petit souci de porte (même le dimanche !). La piscine est très agréable. Il y a un restaurant agro écologique dans les hauteurs du village à ne pas manquer !
− L'équipement de la cuisine est très minimaliste et il faut faire tourner le lave-vaisselle tous les jours même à 3 personnes car pas assez pour tenir plus. Difficile de faire à manger. L'eau ne coule pas en débit suffisant dans la salle de bain et il faut laisser couler de longues minutes pour obtenir une eau tiède. Le village n'a pas beaucoup d'intérêt et il faut rouler 15 min pour atteindre le super marché le plus proche. Le lieu de la résidence fait qu'on n'a pas vraiment de vue dégagée.
